The Ms. Latina Organization encourages the young women who participate in the program to become involved in their communities to speak out on issues of concern to them, their community and the nation while remaining young women of highly ethical morals and integrity while representing the organization. I,______________________, understand that if I am selected today as a semi finalist to attend mini-bootcamp preliminaries, I will immediately enter the pageant process and be able to provide any and all necessary forms of residency, required paperwork, fees associated with my registration and lodging, and bring forth my best attitude to enter the pageant.

I understand by signing below that I am applying to be a contestant to the local preliminary pageant tour listed above. Once I sign this and return it to the Executive Director’s office, they will send me all of the necessary information to officially become a contestant Once I sign the Official Contestant Contract and return it with any other necessary paperwork required, and it is reviewed and accepted , I will then be officially enrolled into the pageant, based on my standings in the local preliminary.
