DISCLAIMER PARTICIPATION WAIVER:
Ms. Latina International Pageant Organization shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any loss, death, injury or damage to persons or property suffered or incurred by any person in connection with any Ms. Latina International Pageant Organization event. Ms. Latina International Pageant Organization prohibits any videotaping of classes and choreography during the event. Ms. Latina International Pageant Organization reserves the right to use any photos, Video footage or the like for publicity and marketing of the Ms. Latina International Pageant Organization event if so desired.
All awards are subject to fulfillment by the awards sponsors. The Ms. Latina International Pageant, LLC., and it's affiliates assume no responsibility for the failure of the sponsors to fullfill their commitment.
